Motivation – Types of motivation – Success – Factors influencing success – Failures – Hurdles in achieving success – Overcome failures – SWOT analysis
Module III: - Soft Skills (6 hours)
Interpersonal skills – Communication skills – Problem solving skills – Critical thinking – Creativity – Decision Making.
Module IV: - Emotional Intelligence (6 hours)
Understanding emotions – Perceiving emotions – Managing emotions – Self awareness – Substituting emotions – Submissive and assertive behaviours
Module V: - Mind Mastery (6 hours)
Stress management – Causes of Stress – Time management – Plan to prioritize – To do list – Crisis management- Good manners and etiquette
